Save the Date: National Night Out – Lee Road Safe Neighborhood
Please save the date for Tuesday, October 6 at 5:30 PM for National Night Out, our annual community-building event held on the first Tuesday of October. Location to be determined.
Organized by the Lee Road Safe Neighborhood Program, National Night Out brings together residents, law enforcement, local businesses, and community partners to strengthen police–community relationships and foster a safer, more connected neighborhood. This event is part of a nationwide effort to build trust, encourage collaboration, and create more caring places to live.
The Lee Road Safe Neighborhood Program is dedicated to supporting Orange County’s older and transitioning neighborhoods by working collaboratively with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, local government, the private sector, and community members. Through our Neighborhood Action Plan, we address key community issues and advance projects that improve quality of life for residents across the Lee Road area.
National Night Out features programs and vendors from across the county, offering resources, information, and opportunities for engagement. The event is widely promoted throughout the neighborhood to encourage broad participation.
Registration is encouraged for vendors, volunteers, and organizations interested in tabling. More details, including location and registration information, will be shared soon.
